摘要
以北方地区4个主栽西葫芦品种为材料,鉴定了不同体积分数PEG6000溶液模拟旱胁迫下幼苗的成活率、下胚轴长、鲜重等7个生长指标,确定了PEG6000溶液最适宜的体积分数为19.6%.在此基础上,对32份西葫芦育种材料幼苗进行模拟干旱胁迫试验,测定了包括上述7个指标在内的14个生长指标,通过主成分分析,筛选出能够有效评价西葫芦幼苗抗旱性的9个指标,即相对鲜重、相对胚轴长、相对胚根长、相对叶绿素含量、相对成活率、胚根/下胚轴比,相对干重和相对根系活力.利用隶属函数分析法对32份西葫芦种质幼苗进行抗旱性综合评价,筛选出4份抗旱种质.
Using four squash cultivars widely cultivated in North China as materials, seven growth in- dices of squash seedlings (survival rate, hypocotyl length, fresh weight, etc. ) were investigated under simulated drought stress with different concentrations of PEG6000 solutions. The results defined the op- timal PEG6000 concentration as 19.6%. On this basis, we carried out the experiment of simulated drought stress on 32 squash breeding lines at seedling period and examined 14 growth indices including the seven ones mentioned above. By means of principal component analysis, nine indices (relevant fresh weight, relevant hypocotyl length, relevant root length, relevant chlorophyll content, relevant survival rate, relevant root/hypocotyl, relevant dry weight, and relevant root activity) , which could effectively evaluate the drought resistance of squash seedlings, were selected. The membership function analysis was used for comprehensive estimation of the drought resistance of 32 squash germplasms at seedling period, resulting in the selection of four germplasms with drought resistance.
