摘要
采用苗期反复干旱法,对山西省的3761份谷子品种资源进行了抗旱性鉴定,筛选出高抗品种(一级和二级)500余份。采用田间抗旱鉴定和多年多点鉴定的方法对所选抗旱材料进行了抗旱性、丰产性和适应性鉴定,筛选出丰产性好的抗旱种质58份,丰产、抗旱品种3份。这对促进山西省谷子的生产和抗旱育种都具有重要意义。
3761 Foxtail millet varieties were tested for Drought Resistance with repeat drought on young plants and 500 drought-resistant varieties were selected.The selected varieties were tested for drought resistance, high yield and adaptability by way of drought-resistant identification in the field and many year-multidrop experimentation with the result of 58 high yield and drought-resistant germplasms,3 high yield and drought-resistant varieties.It is important to promote Foxtail millet production and drought-resistant breeding in Shanxi province.
