摘要
以茶叶成分分析标准物质为材料,采用干法灰化和微波消解两种不同的前处理方法,进行茶叶中铅含量的测定,对两种方法的准确度、精确度和加标回收率进行了比较。结果表明:采用微波消解的前处理方法测定茶叶中的铅结果更为准确。
Taking standard substance for tea component analysis as material and using two different pretreatment methods (dry ashing and microwave digestion) to determine the lead content in tea, and comparison of the accuracy, precision and recovery of standard addition between the two methods. The results showed that using microwave digestion pretreatment method to determine the lead content in tea had more accurate results.
