摘要
[目的]为探索铅对土壤和生态环境的影响提供参考。[方法]采用二甲酚橙分光光度法,研究土壤中铅含量的测定方法及铅含量与环境的相关性。[结果]铅质量浓度在0~2.4mg/L范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为A=0.00555C-0.0264,r=0.9992,加标回收率为97.2%~102.7%。[结论]该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,用于土壤中铅含量测定的效果令人满意。
[Objective]The research aimed to provide the reference for the study of the effects of lead on the environment.[Result]Xylenol orange spectrophotometry was adopted to study the determination of the lead in urban soil and the correlation between lead content and the environment quality.[Result]There was a good linear correlation between the absorbance and the concentration of Pb(Ⅱ) in the range of 0 2.4 mg/L,and the regression equation was A = 0.005 55C-0.026 4,r = 0.999 2.The recovery rate was in the range of 97.2-102.7%.[Conclusion]This simple and highly sensitive method had been applied to the determination of lead content in soil with satisfactory results.
