摘要
进入21世纪以来,台湾服务业增长缓慢,开始凸显劳动生产力不高、国际竞争力弱等问题,导致对总体经济成长和社会就业的贡献度偏低,严重制约着台湾经济的转型升级。究其根源,除服务业自身结构性因素外,主要受市场空间狭小和研发投入不足等影响。在台湾当局政策导向下,未来台湾服务业将进一步推进国际化、深化与大陆服务业合作,同时着力"服务业科技化"和"异业合作"以提高发展质量。
The growth of Taiwan service industry has been slow with its low productivity and the weakness in international competiveness since 218t century, which results in its restricted contributions to the overall economic growth and social employ- ment and exercises its restraints on upgrading Taiwan＇s economy transformation. The reasons for that mainly lie in the narrow market space and inadequate investment in research and development in addition to its own irrational structure. However, the paper believes that the future of Taiwan service industry will, under the policy guidance by Taiwan authorities, further promote its internationalization, deepen the cooperation with its counterparts in China's Mainland, and at the same time, strive for its ob- jectives of the ＂services science＂ and ＂different industry cooperation＂ in order to improve the quality development.
