摘要
深圳前海是内地和香港现代服务业合作的重点区域,但现有前海服务业合作区空间狭小,不与香港接壤,难以实施特殊开放政策而受到极大局限。构建包括南山半岛在内的前海自由贸易区,深圳可以面向香港实施高度开放的特殊政策,打造强力吸引香港服务业北上的"第二中环",与香港共建深港国际大都会和环珠江口世界级大都会圈,成为引领中国改革开放和珠三角经济转型升级的强大引擎。
Establishing Qianhai Free Trade Zone including Nanshan Peninsula ,which sits between Qianhai and Hong Kong can facilitate Shenzhen to intensively implement opening-up special policies facing Hong Kong, and build up a ＂Second central＂ aiming at attracting the service industry in Hong Kong. invest in the north and jointly form up with Hong Kong an international metropolis of Shenzhen and Hong Kong and a metropolitan area of world class in the Pearl River Estuary Area.finally Qianhai can turn itself into a strong drive for promoting China＇ s reform and opening up and stimulating economic transformation and upgrading in the Pearl River Delta region.
