摘要
在我国高等教育由"精英教育"转向"大众教育"的大背景下,传统工科类人才培养模式面临着众多的特殊问题,如生源结构的变化、就业形势的变化以及社会对人才知识结构需求的变化等。应用型人才如何定位、培养目标如何确定等问题对现有的人才培养模式提出了严峻的挑战。文章就西藏大学工学院(工程应用技术学院)在西藏自治区大学毕业生就业政策影响下,如何培养适应西藏社会主义现代化建设需要的高素质工程应用型人才的培养模式进行了初步探讨。
At present day,the higher education has transferred from elite education to public education in China.The traditional engineering class training model is facing numerous special problems, such as changes in struc-ture of student origins, situation of employment and changes in demanding knowledge structure of undergradu-ates by society and so on. Great challenges have to be faced for present talents training modes, such as orienta-tion of engineering students and training objectives. In the present paper, School of Engineering of Tibet Univer-sity as a case study, the training model of high-quality engineering applicable talents was initially discussed un-der considering the influence of university graduates employment policy of Tibet Autonomous Region to meet thedemands of constructing Socialist Modernization in Tibet.
