摘要
目的观察米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤保守治疗异位妊娠的有效性及护理方法。方法回顾性分析2012年3月至2013年10月96例异位任娠患者的临床资料,其中采用甲氨蝶呤治疗46例(对照组),米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗50例(治疗组),比较两组患者的疗效及护理。结果对照组和治疗组的有效率分别为78.26%和82.00%,治疗组疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组宫外孕包块消失时间、腹痛消失时间和阴道止血时间短于对照组(P<0.05);对照组和治疗组患者不良反应发生率分别为10.87%和8.00%,差异无统计学意义。结论米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤并实施相应护理保守治疗异位妊娠疗效良好,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect and nursing method of mifepristone combined with methotrexate in treating ectopic preg- nancy. Methods The clinical data of 96 patients with ectopic pregnancy from March 2012 to October 2013 were analyzed. Among them, 46 cases were treated by methotrexate （control group） and 50 cases were treated by mifepristone combined with methotrexate （treatment group）. Then the clinical effects and nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 78.26% and 82. 00% respectively, the effect in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The disappearing time of extrauterine mass, disappearing time of stomachache and vaginal hemostasis time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group（P〈0. 05）. The occurrence rates of adverse reactions in the treatment group and the control group were 10. 87% and 8.00% respectively, which has statistically significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion The combination of mifepristone combined with methotrexate and corresponding nursing has better effect for conservatively treating ectopic pregnancy, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
