摘要
高等医学院校全科医学知识教育是我国全科医学教育体系的基础环节,当前多数高等医学院校对全科医学实验教学重视程度不够,忽视了学生社区卫生服务实践能力的培养,不能满足社区卫生服务发展的需要。社区导向医学教育是一种针对社区人群卫生保健需求的医学教育制度,实施社区导向医学教育对于提高社区卫生服务质量和促进人人享有基本医疗卫生服务都具有积极意义。本文尝试将社区导向医学教育理论应用于全科医学课程实验教学,在分析社区导向教学模式内涵及特点的基础上,从明确实验教学目标、合理设计实验项目、完善实验教学支持要素、创新实验教学方法、科学评价实验教学效果五个方面阐述社区导向全科医学课程实验教学模式,以期为高等医学院校全科医学教育改革和发展提供有益借鉴。
The general practice knowledge education in higher medical colleges and universities was the basic link of the general practice education system in our country. At present,most of the higher medical colleges and universities didn't pay enough attention to the experiment teaching of general practice curriculum,the students couldn't meet the needs of community health service. Community-oriented medical education( COME) was a medical education policy which aimed to meet the needs of community people. It had positive meaning to implement COME for improving the quality of community health service and ensuring citizen's basic medical service. This paper tried to apply the theory of COME to the experiment teaching of general practice curriculum,based on analyzing the connotations and characteristics of the community-oriented teaching,the author put forward the model of community-oriented experiment teaching of general practice curriculum,which involved clear goals of experiment teaching,reasonable experiment items,perfect support elements,innovative teaching method and scientific effectiveness evaluation,in order to provide useful reference for reform and development of general practice education in higher medical school.
