摘要
目的观察中药联合激光穴位照射防治过敏性紫癜反复及肾损害的临床疗效。方法将120例反复发作性过敏性紫癜患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组60例。治疗组予中药联合激光穴位照射治疗,对照组予糖皮质激素治疗,2组疗程均为3个月,并随访1 a,比较2组紫癜复发及肾损害情况。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),发生紫癜性肾损害的例数明显少于对照组(P<0.05),且肾损害者的损害程度明显轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药口服联合激光穴位照射防治复发性过敏性紫癜肾损害疗效显著,能减少过敏性紫癜复发次数,减轻肾损害程度,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with laser acupoint irra-diation treatment of allergic purpura repeatedly and kidney damage analysis. Methods 120 cases of recurrent seizures in chil-dren with Henoch Schonlein purpura were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 60 cases in each group,and were treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with laser acupoint irradiation treatment in the treatment group,and with glucocorticoid treatment in the control group. Two groups were treated for 3 months,and were followed up for 1 year. The condition of purpura recurrence and renal damage in two groups was compared. Results In the treatment group the curative effect and the recurrence rate was significantly better than that in the control group（all P〈0. 05）. The number of ca-ses of treatment group had purpuric kidney damage was significantly lower than that of the control group,there was significant difference（P〈0. 05）;the extent of damage occurrence purpura kidney damage in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group,there was significant difference（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion oral traditional Chinese medicine combined with laser acupoint irradiation treatment recurrent Henoch Schonlein purpura significant effect of kidney damage,can reduce the recurrence of HSP times,reduce and treatment of renal damage,and there was no obvious adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical application.
