摘要
通过两则病案,介绍张士卿教授应用犀角地黄汤治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的经验。张教授认为小儿过敏性紫癜总以邪热瘀阻血脉为主,犀角地黄汤有凉血散血、清热养阴之功效,张教授运用此方随症加减,疗效显著。
Through 2 cases, introduced professor Zhang Shiqing's experience on treating pediatric allergic purpura. Professor Zhang thought heat pathogen retained in blood vessel was the main cause of the disease. Xijiao Dihuang decoction has the effect of removing heat from the blood and dissipating and replenishing the vital essence. Professor Zhang made notable curative effect by adding or reducing drugs with the decoction.
