微小RNA在宫颈癌早期诊断中的应用及前景 被引量:2

摘要 宫颈癌是女性生殖系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,据统计,在世界范围内每年约有近20万女性死于宫颈癌,为女性癌症患者的第二大死因。近年来,宫颈癌的发病年龄趋向年轻化,成为严重威胁妇女健康的重大妇科肿瘤之一。目前认为宫颈癌及其癌前病变的发生与高危型人类乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)感染关系密切[1]。近期研究表明,微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)在HPV感染以及宫颈癌的发生发展中发挥着重要的作用。miRNA的表达谱存在组织特异性,其差异性表达谱的研究对于宫颈癌的早期诊断及其机制的阐明具有重要意义[2]。
