摘要
【目的】比较牛羊肝脏中HEV抗原免疫组化法与血清ELISA法,验证免疫组化抗体符合率。【方法】用免疫组化法与血清ELISA法共检测牛血清和肝脏样品各87份,羊血清和肝脏样品各84份;比较牛羊肝脏中HEV抗原免疫组化法与血清ELISA法检测结果,"2检验。【结果】检测牛血清抗HEV-IgG抗体检测结果显示,阳性率达21.84%。制作免疫组化染色切片检测结果显示,阳性率达19.54%。羊血清抗HEV-IgG抗体检测结果显示,阳性率达14.29%。制作免疫组化染色切片检测结果显示,阳性率达11.90%。两种检测方法比较统计学分析表明,牛组"2=0.50,P>0.05,羊组"2=0.50,P>0.05,牛羊各组结果均不显著。【结论】免疫组化染色方法可以替代复杂的血清ELISA法,用于屠宰牛羊肝脏中HEV抗原的检测。
[Objectives] The immunohistochemical and ELISA methods for detecting hepatic antigen and serous antibody,respectively,in cattle and sheep were compared respectively in order to validate their coincidence rate of HEV infection by immunohistochemical method in the article.[Method] 87 hepatic and serous samples in cattle and 84 hepatic and serous samples were collected in an abattoirsin abattoirs and detected by the immunohistochemical and ELISA methods.The detecting results by the two methods were compared by the x2 Test.[Result] The results were showned that the positive rates of bovine and ovine serum anti-HEV IgG antibody were 21.84% and 14.29%,respectively,but the positive rates of.bovine and ovine hepatic antigen were 19.54% and 11.9%,respectively.x2 Test was showned that the x2 index was 0.5,and P index was less than 0.05 in both bovine and ovine groups by statistical analysis.The differences in each group wasdifferences in each group were not significant.[Conclusion] The iImmunohistochemica method can be used to replace the ELISA method to detecting hepatic HEV antigen in slaughtered cattle and sheep,instead of the.ELISA method
