摘要
[目的]为了比较不同品种无花果的抗寒性。[方法]采用电导法,测定5个梯度低温处理的无花果一年生枝条的电解质渗出率,并结合水插法和徒手切片法验证电导法,测定无花果抗寒性的准确性。[结果]温度越低,电解质渗出率越大,说明低温对膜系统和组织结构的破坏得越严重,恢复生长能力越差,受冻害程度越严重。[结论]布兰瑞克和小叶无花果在天津地区生长受冻的临界低温均在-12℃左右;无花果抗寒性的强弱为布兰瑞克>小叶无花果。
[Objective] The research aimed to compare cold tolerance of different varieties of figs.[Method] The conductance method was used in the study to determine electrolyte leakage of one-year-old fig branches which was processed in 5 gradient of low-temperature.Besides,water interpolation and hand slicing methods were combined to verify the accuracy of conductivity method as to fig cold tolerance.[Result] The lower the temperature,the greater the electrolyte leakage was.So,following with the low-temperature destruction of the membrane system and organizational structure becoming serious,the ability to restore growth was weaker,and the cold damage was more serious.[Conclusion] In the Tianjin area,initial critical temperature of Bulanruike and Xiaoye figs' getting frozen was at about-12 ℃.The strength of the figs cold tolerance was Bulanruike > Xiaoye fig.
