摘要
[目的]了解湖北省三级甲等医院护士长对护理成本的认知现状,分析影响护士长对护理成本认知和护理成本管理发展的主要因素,为改善护士长成本认知提出合理化建议。[方法]采用自行设计的问卷调查表对湖北省6个城市10所三级甲等医院463名护士长进行现场问卷调查。[结果]护士长护理成本认知得分为(68.78±10.23)分,10.98%认知优秀,69.79%认知一般,19.22%认知较差。护士长护理成本认知得分与是否参加护理成本知识培训班、最高学历和职务有关。[结论]湖北省三级甲等医院护士长护理成本认知水平一般,影响护理成本管理发展的主要因素为知识缺乏、观念落后和经济因素。建议护理院校开设《护理经济学》课程,医院和相关部门要加强护士长护理成本知识的继续教育、护理成本研究和护理成本管理软件的开发。
Objective:To know about head nurses' cognition status quo on nursing cost in three Grade A hospitals in Hubei province,and analyze the major influencing factors of head nurses' nursing cost cognition and development of nursing costs management and put forward rationalized proposals for improving the head nurse's cost cognition.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire was used for on-site survey of 463head nurses in 10three grade A hospitals in 6cities in Hubei province.Results:The head nurses' nursing cost cognition score was(68.78±10.23),10.98% of them had outstanding cognition,69.79% of them had general cognition,19.22% of them had poorer cognition.Nursing costs cognition score of head nurses was related to whether to participate in the nursing costs knowledge training class or not,The highest qualifications and duties.Conclusion:Head nurses' cognition level of nursing cost in three Grade A Hospitals in Hubei province is in general,the main factors affecting the nursing cost management development include lack of knowledge,ideas behind and economic factors.It suggests that care institutions should set up 'care economics' courses,hospitals and relevant departments should strengthen the continuing education of nursing costs knowledge of head nurses,the research of nursing costs and development of nursing cost management software.
