持续微泵滴入硝酸甘油治疗顽固性心力衰竭临床观察及护理 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨持续微泵滴入硝酸甘油治疗顽固性心力衰竭的临床观察及护理。方法选择2010年至2012年我院收治的31例顽固性心力衰竭住院患者,均在入院后及时对电解质紊乱和酸碱失衡进行纠正,限制钠盐摄入,给予患者吸氧。静脉泵注硝酸甘油及硝酸甘油注射剂,观察其护理治疗效果。结果本组患者总有效率为87.10%。其中3例面部潮红,7例头痛。经常规处理及减慢滴速后,症状减轻,较好地控制和改善了心律失常,未出现新增的心律失常,肾功能、肝功能、血电解质未见异常。结论持续微泵滴入硝酸甘油治疗顽固性心力衰竭效果较佳,治愈率高,不良反应少。
