摘要
本文根据光束偏转原理 ,研制了激光等离子体冲击波自动测试系统的硬件和软件。该系统分别使用计算机和可编程序控制器作为上下位机 ,采取上下位机通讯的方式控制步进电机及二维移动架 ,以改变探测光的相对位置 ,并利用单模光纤和光电倍增管将探测到的光偏转信号输入数字示波器进行存储 ,最后计算机将示波器中采集到的光偏转信号进行分析处理。使用该系统对激光等离子体冲击波的衰减过程进行了实际测试 。
This article develops the hardware and software of an automatic measurement system for laser plasma shock wave,which is based on the principle of beam deflection.The system applies respectively computer and programmable logic controller (PLC) as up computer and down computer and takes the way of communication between up computer and down computer to control stepper motor and two dimensional movable rack to alter the location of detecting laser and uses single mode fiber to transmit beam deflection signals to digital osciloscope.Finally,the computer analyses and processes the signals.Using the system we measured the attenuation processe of laser plasma shock wave and got better experimental results.
