摘要
综述了几种电弧等离子体温度场的诊断技术,阐述了光谱多线解析法、多通道辐射高温计法、散斑照相法的测量原理和光路设计,分析比较了光谱多线解析法、多通道辐射高温计法、散斑照相法等方法的优缺点.提出了发展测量方法稳定可靠,测量精度高,实现电弧燃烧的实时、在线测量技术的必要性.
The methods for the diagnostics of the arc plasma temperature field were reviewed. The measure principles and optical paths of multi-line spectrum analysis, multi-channel radiation pyrometer, and laser speckle photography were introduced. And their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. Steady measure- ment, high precision, and measuring real-time and on-line are the tendency of the diagnostics of the arc plas- ma temperature field.
