摘要
"年画人"是东昌府木版年画艺术实践中的主体,他们因为年画而结成了各种关系,并由此形成了组织。这些组织既是年画生产、销售的基础,也带着当地乡土文化的深刻印记。"年画人"以乡土社会的家族和类家族主义文化为支撑,通过继承与合作、介绍与帮带、雇佣、串版等方式,以画版为媒介,以画店作坊为场所,形成了一个非正式的生产组织,这个组织,又通过作坊和作坊主扩展至销售领域。
New year woodcut craftsmen make up the major body for the artistic practice of new year woodcuts in Dongchangfu. They are correlated with each other when manufacturing the New Year woodcuts and form organizations. As bases of manufacturing and selling New Year woodcuts, these organizations are characterized by the local culture of countryside. Supported by the clan and clan-like cultures in rural society, a non-official organization, with the medium of woodcut boards, has been formed in workshops among New Year woodcut craftsmen by means of inheritance, cooperation, introduction, mentoring, employment and combination. This organization extends to markets via workshops and their bosses.
