摘要
大豆是我国主要的油料作物之一,在我国粮油生产中有重要地位。综述了大豆的储藏特性以及大豆在储藏过程中品质的变化情况,并对大豆安全储藏技术方法进行总结和展望。
Soybean is one of major oil crops in China,which plays an important role in grain production.The storage characteristics of soybean,the change of quality during storage were reviewed,the main storage technology were summarized and forecasted.
