摘要
目的探讨女性患者长程视频脑电图(VEEG)头皮电极固定方法。方法 2011年5月-2013年5月行VEEG检查的女性癫痫患者120例,根据患者意愿分为剃发组、火棉胶组和改良组各40例。对3组不同电极固定方法效果进行观察评估,对患者及医务人员进行满意度调查。结果 3组电极固定方法图像效果稳定,但改良方法电极固定所用时间适中,患者容易接受,电极拆除不痛苦,护士操作简便。结论除小儿、头皮破溃、皮肤传染病、胶布过敏、癫痫持续状态、痴呆、昏迷、精神症状等难以配合患者外,女性患者建议选择改良方法。
Objective To find out the most appropriate way to fix scalp electrodes for long-range video electroencephalogram on female patients. Methods A total of 50 female patients with epilepsy who underment video electroencephalogram between May 2011 and May 2013 were divided into tonsure group, collodion group, and improvement group, with 40 patients in each group. Differences among three methods of fixation were observed and a questionnaire survey on satisfaction of patients and medical staff was conducted. Results We found that the modified- method cost less time, caused less pain during electrode removal, required fewer procedures for nurses and was more acceptable by patients. Conclusion We recommend the modified-method for female patients unless they are limited by some special conditions.
