摘要
目的:探讨集束化护理在脑瘫患儿睡眠剥夺视频脑电图(VEEG)检查中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年4月至2020年4月厦门市妇幼保健院收治的接受睡眠剥夺VEEG检查的脑瘫患儿78例作为研究对象,依照入院先后进行编号,按照随机原则分为观察组和对照组,每组39例;对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予集束化护理,对比2组患儿配合度、检查成功率和家属对VEEG检查的护理满意度。结果:观察组患儿配合度为97.43%,检查成功率为100.00%,对照组配合度为84.62%,检查成功率89.74%;通过问卷调查,观察组患儿家属护理满意度显著高于对照,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:在脑瘫患儿睡眠剥夺VEEG检查中开展集束化护理,可提高患儿检查配合度和成功率,并有助于增强家属VEEG检查满意度。
Objective:To investigate the effect of cluster nursing in Video Electroencephalogram(VEEG)combined with sleep deprivation on children with cerebral palsy.Methods:A total of 78 children with cerebral palsy,who were admitted to Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 and received VEEG test combined with sleep deprivation,were selected as the study subjects.They were numbered according to the time of admission and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 39 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given cluster nursing.The cooperation degree of patients,success rate of examination and nursing satisfaction of family members to VEEG examination were compared between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the coordination degree of patients was 97.43%and the success rate of examination was 100.00%;while in the control group,the coordination degree of patients was 84.62%and the success rate of examination was 89.74%.Through questionnaire survey,the nursing satisfaction of family members of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cluster nursing in the VEEG examination combined with sleep deprivation in children with cerebral palsy can improve the cooperation degree of patients and the success rate of examination,and help to enhance the satisfaction of family members to VEEG examination.
