摘要
对某火力发电厂超临界600MW低压缸反向次末级叶片断裂原因分析,通过成分分析、力学性能、金相检验以及断口形貌分析的结果,认为断口为典型的疲劳断口,疲劳源位于叶身顶部出汽侧与叶冠过渡处的高应力区,在机组运行中疲劳裂纹扩展,最终导致断裂。
The fracture reason of the blade was analyzed by chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties test, metallurgical structure observation and fracture analysis. The result shows that the fracture mode is fatigue fracture. The source of the fatigue is mainly caused by the region of high stress of leaf crown connected with leaf body. The fatigue cracking lead to the fracture of the blade.
