摘要
本文指出敦煌石窟供养人服饰艺术图像资料具有历史悠久、序列完整、数量巨大、形态丰富、文化交融、民族特色等几个方面的特征,并说明它们对中国古代服饰史学科建设、石窟考古研究和当代服饰工艺美术研究、设计等方面都具有重要价值。
This paper indicates that the costumes of the donor figures in Dunhuang caves are characterized by a long history, complete sequences, a huge number, rich patterns, cultural blending, and ethnic characteristics. It also demonstrates that these are of great value for the subject construction of ancient Chinese costume history and grotto archaeology as well as the study and design of present clothing art.
