摘要
黄曲霉毒素是由真菌产生的一类剧毒物质,含黄曲霉毒素B1的饲料对小鸡的危害很大。研究中发现,用5‰25 U/g(25 U/mL)葡萄糖氧化酶完全可以解除饲料中500 ppb浓度黄曲霉毒素B1的毒性。用含2000 ppb浓度黄曲霉毒素B1和添加5‰25 U/g葡萄糖氧化酶的饲料喂小鸡,相比对照组,实验组存活数量提高39.5%,在小鸡饮用水中加入5‰25 U/mL葡萄糖氧化酶,存活数量可提高28.5%。
The aflatoxin B1 from fungus was an violent poisonous matter. Feed containing the aflatoxin B1 of forages is harmful to chick- en. Experiments result indicated the toxicity of 500 ppb the aflatoxin B1 for forages was removed by 5‰ 25 U/g( 25 U/mL) glucose ox- idase. When 2000 ppb the aflatoxin B1 treated with 5%o 25 U/g glucose oxidase for forages, the chick suvival quantity rose 39.5%. When drinking water add 5‰ 25 U/mL glucose oxidase, the chick suvival quantity rose 28.5%.
