摘要
采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)对生鲜乳中黄曲霉毒素M1进行检测,对比了3个不同厂家的试剂盒检测结果。结果表明,在空白样品中添加浓度为0.5、1.0、2.5μg/kg时,试剂盒的回收率在93.5%~103.5%。不同厂家的试剂盒测定结果重复性、精确度均较好,说明酶联免疫法能够有效检测生鲜乳中黄曲霉毒素M1。
ELISA for the analysis of aflatoxin M1in raw milk were determined.The experiment compared the results of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kits from different manufacturers.The results showed that when the samples were spiked with 0.5,1.0and 2.5μg/kg of aflatoxin M1,the recoveries were 93.5%to 103.5%by ELISA.ESLISA is an effective method for detecting of aflatoxin M1in raw milk.
