摘要
对植物蛋白质饲料的厌食现象是鱼类对鱼粉依赖性较强的主要原因。与哺乳动物类似,鱼类摄食行为也受中枢和外周信号系统的调控,主要调控因子的功能也基本一致,但某些鱼类摄食调控关键因子的功能和哺乳动物不同,有些甚至完全相反。鱼类对不同蛋白质源饲料主动性选择和回避的关键原因及其调控机制尚不明确,对植物蛋白质源饲料的适应和补偿性摄食现象的机制也尚未知。本文在简述鱼类摄食生理机制的基础上,主要对中枢和外周信号系统调节摄食量的机制及其对鱼类利用植物蛋白质饲料的调控作用进行综述。
Anorexia for plant protein diets is the main reason for high fish meal dependency of fish. Similar to the mammals, the feeding behavior of fish is aslo regulated by the central and peripheral signal systems, and the functions of main regulation factors are almost the same, but for some special fish species, the cases may be different or adverse to those of mammals. The key reasons and regulation mechanism of voluntary selection and avoidance on different protein source diets of fish are not clear, and the mechanisms of feeding adaptation and compensation on plant protein source diets are also unknow. This review firstly provided the overview of feeding physiological mechanism of fish, and then mainly reviewed the mechanism of feed intake regulated by central and peripheral signal systems and its regulation effects on fish using plant protein source diets.
