原发性甲状腺淋巴瘤的诊断与治疗——附9例报告 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨原发性甲状腺淋巴瘤的诊断及治疗策略。方法:回顾性分析我院1998年1月至2012年6月收治的9例经病理证实为原发性甲状腺淋巴瘤患者的临床资料。结果:9例患者均行手术治疗,其中2例行患侧甲状腺腺体切除术,4例行甲状腺大部分切除术,1例仅行甲状腺活检术,2例按甲状腺癌根治术行甲状腺切除及淋巴结清扫术。3例在术后继续接受放疗或化疗。6例患者随访,死于PTL复发或者转移的为2例,现存活3例。结论:对于老年、具有慢性淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎或桥本氏甲状腺炎的病史、短期内表现为明显肿大的甲状腺或甲状腺结节,应注意有PTL的可能。手术活检可确诊,对于局限性病变可行手术彻底切除病变,对于诊断明确的病例,应采取综合治疗手段。
