摘要
为科学合理地确定农田整治的优先次序,促进县域高标准基本农田建设,根据卢龙县农田现状条件,以农田图斑为评价单元,从农田禀赋、空间形态和经济社会承受力3方面选取了13个指标构建了农田整治时序评价框架,采用基于TOPSIS(逼近理想解排序)和灰色关联度模型,并运用聚类分析法,研究了河北省卢龙县的农田整治时序。结果表明:卢龙县农田整治时序划分为近期、中期和远期,分别占45.85%、44.59%和9.56%。近期整治区的耕地利用等别和农田空间格局相对较好,农田整治数量潜力大,主要分布于石门镇、木井乡和蛤泊乡等;中期整治区的耕地自然本底条件相对较好、区域内灌溉排水设施有待改善、道路还需维护修整,主要分布于中北部的卢龙镇、潘庄镇、燕河营镇等;远期整治区耕地普遍存在灌排设施条件差、田块质量低和农田利用率低等,主要分布于卢龙镇、燕河营镇、刘田各庄镇和木井乡。
In order to scientifically and reasonably determine the priorities of the consolidation units, and provide a reference for high standard basic farmland construction in County territory,considering the farmland endowment,space form,economic and social tolerance,13 indexes were selected and analyzed, with farmland figure spot as evaluation unit.Taking Lulong county,Hebei Province as an example,the system was based on the study of farmland under the current conditions,the time sequences of farmland consolidation were determined by TOPSIS,grey relational degree and clustering analysis.The results showed that farmland in Lulong County could be divided to near-,mid-and long-term construction,and their area proportion was 44.85%,44.59% and 9.56%,respectively.Near-term regulation area was of better tillage utilization degree and farmland spatial pattern, great potential of farmland regulation quantity,which was mainly distributed in Shimen Town,Mujing Township and Habo Township;Mid-term regulation area had better natural background conditions,the irrigation and drainage facilities needed to be improved and the roads needed to be maintained,mainly distributed in Lulong Town,Panzhuang Town and Yanheying Town;Long-term regulation area was of bad irrigation and drainage facilities,low quality paddy field and low farmland utilization ratio,mainly distributed in Lulong Town,Yanheying Town, Liutiangezhuang Town and Mujing Township.
