摘要 目的研究延龄草TrilliumtschonoskiiMaxim.果实(天珠)中的化学成分。方法采用各种柱色谱方法分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从延龄苹果实70%甲醇提取物中分离得到14个化合物,鉴定为槲皮素(1),槲皮素-3—0—β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2),芦丁(3),槲皮素-3-O—α—L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-[α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→6)]-β—D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4),异鼠李素-3-O-[2-O-乙酰基-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基]-(1→6)i—β—D-吡喃半乳糖苷(5),偏诺皂苷元-3—O-α—L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-β—D-葡萄糖苷(6),偏诺皂苷元-3—0-α—L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1—珥)-[α—L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1—2)]-β—D-葡萄糖苷(7),偏诺皂苷元-3—0-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→4)-α—L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→4)-[观-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)]-β—D-葡萄糖苷(8),β-脱皮激素(9),trillenosideA(10),trillenosideC(11),trillenosideB(12),3—0-feruloylsucrose(13),heroniosideA(14)。结论所有化合物均为首次从延龄苹果实中分离得到,化合物1~5、12~14首次从延龄草中分离得到。 Objective To investigate the chemical constituents in the fruits of Trillium tschonoskii Maxim, Methods Various col- umn chromatography methods were used in the isolation and purification, physiochemical constant determination and spectral anal- ysis were adopted to determine the chemical structures. Results Fourteen compounds had been isolated from the fruit of 70% methanol extract, the structure of isolated compounds were elucidated as follow : quercetin ( 1 ) , quercetin - 3 - O - β - D - gluco- pyranoside ( 2 ), Rutin ( 3 ), quercetin - 3 - 0 - α - L - rhamnopyranosyl - ( 1→2 ) - [ α - L - rhamnopyranosy] ( 1 →6 ) ] - β - D - glucopyranoside (4), isorhamnetin -3 - O - [ 2 - 0 - acetyl - (α - L - arabin - opyranosyl ] - ( 1→6 ) - β - D - galactopyr- anoside ( 5 ) , pennogenin - 3 - O - α - L - rhamnopyranosy] - ( 1→2 ) - β - D - glucopyranoside ( 6 ) , pennogenin - 3 - O - α - L - rhamnopyranosyl - ( 1 →4) - [ a - L - rhamnopyranosyl - ( 1→2 ) ] - β - D - glucopyranoside ( 7 ), pennogenin - 3 - O - α - L - rhamnopyranosyl - ( 1→4 ) - α - L - rhamnopyrano - syl - ( 1 →4 ) - [ α- L - rhamnopyranosyl - ( 1→2 ) ] - β - O - gluco- pyranoside(8), β - ecdysone(9), trillenoside A( 10), tfillenoside C( 11 ), tfillenoside B( 12), 3 - 0 - feruloylsuerose( 13 ), heronioside A ( 14 ). Conclusion All these compounds are isolated from the fruits of Trillium tschonoskii Maxim firstly, Compounds 1 -5,12 - 14 for the first time isolated from Trillium tschonoskii Maxim.
