摘要
目的观察延龄草、麦冬对氟哌啶醇诱导老化大鼠抗氧化酶表达作用的影响。方法雄性W istar大鼠40只,随机分为对照组、模型组、实验1组和实验2组。除对照组外,其余大鼠均用氟哌啶醇诱导痴呆症模型;实验组分别腹腔注射延龄草注射液、麦冬注射液。测定各组大鼠血、肝、肾、海马、脑皮质超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的含量。结果与对照组和模型组比较,延龄草注射液、麦冬注射液均能使大鼠多种组织SOD、GSH-PX显著升高,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.001);而且实验1组的作用比实验2组更强,尤其是在肾、海马和脑皮质内SOD的表达量上更突出。结论延龄草和麦冬都能增强抗氧化酶表达作用,但在多数组织中对SOD、GSH-PX表达值的影响,延龄草强于麦冬。
Objective To observe and evaluate the effect of Trillium tschonoskii Maxim, Ridix Ophiopongonis on expression of anti - oxidase of aging rat induced with haloperidol. Methods 40 male Wistar rats were random divided into controls models tesst group 1 and group 2 rat model of Alzheimer Disease induced with haloperidol were employed except controls, the rats of test group 1 and 2 were injected with Trillium tschonoskii Maxim injection and Ridix Ophiopongonis injection respectively and meanwhile concentrations of SOD and GSH - PX in serum ,liver, kidney, hippocampus and cortex of aging rat. Results In contrast with control groups , concentrations of SOD and GSH - PX in other groups strikingly increased. The differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion Trillium tschonoskii Maxim and Ridix Ophiopongonis can raise expression of anti - oxidase,but effect of Trillium tschonoskii Maxim is much higher than Ridix Ophiopongonis on expression of SOD and GSH - PX in most organs.
