摘要 根据RO-混床超纯水制备的最新工艺,讨论了其控制系统的集成方案和构架,采用分布式I/O和S7-400H集中监控的方式进行了控制系统设计,在此基础上选择了基于S7-400H的硬件冗余方式进行系统的冗余设计;采用设备层、控制层、及基于西门子组态软件WinCC的监控管理层的典型的三层网络控制系统,且通过OPC方式将超纯水控制系统组态到整个工厂的控制系统中,成为整个工厂控制系统的一个子系统,方便企业级管理。并给出了控制系统的硬件设计、软件编程以及基于Intouch组态软件的上位监控系统。经过4年的实际运行,该超纯水自动化系统工作稳定可靠,完全满足要求。 According to RO-mixed bed craft, the latest technology of the ultrapure water preparation, the distributed I/ 0 and S7-d00H centralized monitoring was used to design the control system. On the basis of this choice, we adopt S7- 400H hardware redundancy to ensure the reliability and stability of the system. The control system was constructed by a typical three-layer network: the DeviceNet, the control layer, the management and monitoring layer based on Siemens configuration software WinCC. Meanwhile,through OPC configuration ,data from Ultrapure water control system can be upload to the whole plant control system. As a subsystem of the whole plant control system, it is convenient to the enterprise management. The control system hardware design, software programming and upper monitoring system based on Intouch configuration software were provided. After four years of actual operation, this ultrapure water automation system work stable and reliable, completely meet the requirements.
