摘要
面对日化行业对纯水的大量需求,提出了解决纯水品质、提高产水效率、实现智能控制的方案。基于PLC可靠性高、抗干扰能力强、易于现场操作、安装及可扩展性的现场控制优势,用PLC实现纯水生产过程和纯水循环过程的控制,满足日化行业对纯水品质的要求。文中通过分析纯水生产工艺,详细介绍了设计思路、整体构建方案、每部分的控制流程及取得的成果和实际应用意义。
Due to the pure water of daily chemical industry is in great demand, this paper presented some solutions to pure water quality and improve water production efficiency, intelligent control scheme. Based on PLC has high reliability and strong anti-interference ability, easy to operation, installation and scalability of the control superiority, this paper used PLC to realize pure water production process, and pure water circulation control process, meet the daily chemical industry to pure water quality requirements. Through the analysis of pure water production process, the paper introduced the design idea, the whole construction scheme, each part of the control process and achievements, and actual application significance.
