摘要
用户侧开展能效电厂项目是电力行业实现可持续发展的一项重要内容。针对能效电厂改造措施量大面广的问题,使用节电潜力分析流程来帮助用户系统地规划改造的相关工作。在节电潜力分析的基础上建立了节电潜力优化模型,模型从节电量和移峰填谷两个方面对能效电厂项目的节电潜力进行计算,通过措施的优化组合实现节电潜力的最大化。采用改进的粒子群算法实现对节能潜力模型的优化求解,并通过算例分析验证了模型的有效性。
It is an important content for implementing sustainable development of electric power sector to carry out efficiency power plant (EPP) projects at power consumer side. In allusion to the large quantities and broad varieties of renovation measures for EPP, the electricity-saving potential analysis process is used to help the consumers to systemically plan the works related to the renovation. Based on the analysis on electricity-saving potential an electricity-saving potential optimization model is established to calculate the EPP’s electricity-saving potential in the aspects of saved electricity quantity and peak load shifting, and through the optimal combination of renovation measures the electricity-saving potential is maximized. The improved particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is used to solve the electricity-saving potential optimization model, and the validity of the established model is verified by example analysis.
