摘要
系统比较测定维生素C含量的三种方法,分析每种测定方法的优缺点.实验结果表明:用直接碘量法、返滴定法、2,6-二氯酚靛酚法测得维生素C片中维生素C的含量分别为86.45%,86.37%,86.57%,从而确定最适合测定维生素C片中维生素C含量的方法是直接碘量法.
Vitamin C in Vitamin C tablets was determined using three different methods. And advantages and disadvantages of each method was compared and analyzed. The experiment results show that measurement, direct deter-mination of iodine content was 86.45%, anti-Deter-mination of content 86.37%,2,6-dichlorophenolindophenol Determination of content of 86.57%, to determine a suitable method for determination of vitamin C content is a direct iodometric meth-od.
