摘要
研究了柑橘在避光和透光时维生素C含量之间的关系,为柑橘营养成分分析提供参考数据。利用2,4-二硝基苯肼法分别测定了柑橘在避光和透光时维生素C的含量。结果表明,柑橘中维生素C在波长为520 nm处吸光度最大,不同浓度的维生素C得到标准曲线方程是A=0.0298c-0.0105,相关系数r=0.9944;避光和透光时柑橘中含维生素C含量分别为25.43 mg/100g、23.18 mg/100g;两者之间的比例关系为X避光=1.097X透光。
The relationship of vitamin C of orange in light - avoided and light - transmitted conditions was investigated. It was designed for the orange component analysis to provide reference data. The determination of vitamin C in orange was prepared by 2,4 - dinitrophenylhydrazine method in light - avoided and light - transmitted conditions. The results showed that the maximum absorbance wavelength was 520 nm. Its correlation coefficient (r) for standard curve was O. 9944, linear regression equation was A =0.0298c -0.0105. The vitamin C contents of orange in the two different 25.43 mg/100g and 23.18 mg/100g, respectively.
