摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗Hunt综合征的临床疗效。方法将临床40例符合纳入标准的病例,随机分入治疗组及对照组。对照组(20例)予单纯西医(糖皮质激素、神经营养剂、抗病毒)治疗,治疗组(20例)在西医治疗的基础上配合中医针药辨证治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率为80%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗面瘫疗效显著,值得临床医生借鉴、推广。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Hunt syndrome treated by combination of Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Methods 40 cases were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group and control group. The control group（20cases）were taken only the western medical treatment （sugar cortical hormone, neurotrophic agent, antiviral） ;the treatment group（20cases）Were taken not only the western medicine treatment but also the treatment of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture. Results Total ef fective rate was 95% in the treatment group, total effective rate was 80% in the control group, the curative effect difference between the two groups have statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Integrative Chinese and western medicine has a good effect in the treatment of Hunt syndrome, which is worthy of reference and promotion in clinical.
