摘要
目的观察原发性高血压(EH)患者血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平及其与原发性高血压及左心室肥厚(LVH)的关系。方法选择原发性高血压患者132例为观察组,其中高血压1级(EH1级)42例,高血压2级(EH2级)46例,高血压3级(EH3级)44例,单纯EH无LVH(EH-非LVH组)68例,EH合并LVH(EH-LVH组)64例。采用放射免疫法测定原发性高血压各组患者和健康体检者(正常对照组)60例的血清IGF-1水平及左心室质量指数,并对比分析。结果血清IGF-1水平,观察组[(296.41±60.51)ng/mL]明显高于对照组[(172.41±41.25)ng/mL],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),EH1级、EH2级和EH3级组患者与对照组比较,差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。EH-LVH组、EH-非LVH组与对照组比较,血清IGF-1水平、左心室质量指数均明显较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且EH-LVH组均高于EH-非LVH组(P<0.05)。IGF-1水平与左心室质量指数呈正相关(r=0.42,P<0.05)。结论 EH患者血清IGF-1水平明显升高,IGF-1可能参与了EH的发生、发展过程。
Objective To observe the serum insulin-like growth factor 1 （IGF-1） level of essential hypertension （EH） patients and the relationship of IGF-1 with EH and left ventricular hypertrophy （LVH）.Methods A total of 132 EH patients were selected as observation group,there were 42 cases of EH1,46 cases of EH2,44 cases of EH3,68 cases of EH without LVH （EH non-LVH group）,64 cases of EH with LVH （EH-LVH group）.Levels of serum IGF-1 of each group of EH patients and 60 cases of healthy physical examination （normal control group） were tested by radiation immune method,and comparatively analyzed.Results The levels of serum IGF-1 in observation group was （296.41 ±60.51） ng/mL,significantly higher than the control group （172.41±41.25） ng/mL,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.The differences of serum IGF-1 levels among EH1,EH2,EH3 group and the control group had statistical significance （P 〈 0.01）.The serum levels of IGF-1,left ventricular mass index in EH-LVH group and EH non-LVH group were significantly higher than that of control group,differences had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）,which in EH-LVH group were higher than EH non-LVH group （P 〈 0.05）.Moreover,the level of IGF-1 was positively correlated with left ventricular mass index （r =0.42,P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Levels of serum IGF-1 in EH patients are significantly increased and IGF-1 may be involved in the occurrence and development of EH process.
