摘要
医院建设发展离不开人才的贡献,基于绩效评价的内部分配制度,在激发医务人员动力,增强医院凝聚力,提高医疗工作效率,促进医院全面建设发展方面都起着重要作用。本文通过回顾分析军队医院绩效分配制度的演化过程,找出影响军队医院分配制度的因素,探索适用于新医改环境下的军队医院内部分配制度发展方向,有利于创新激励约束机制,达到军事效益、社会效益和经济效益和谐统一。
The evolution of the performance distribution policy was reviewed for the military hospital ,to analyze the main influence factors of this policy .Thus we can explore the rational and effective mechanism to devel-op the internal distribution system and to achieve harmony development of military benefits , social benefits and eco-nomic benefits in military hospital .
