摘要
目的检验《绩效考核执行现状的满意度调查问卷》的信、效度,以为调查问卷内容完善提供参照依据。方法利用整群抽样与分层抽样法对某公立医院600医务人员开展调查分析,绩效考评内容有奖金考评方案落实状况、奖金考评的合理性与公平性、考评后对本部门工作形成的影响及过往1年中本部奖金考评的成效。结果满意度问卷Cronbach’s系数与分半信度依次是0.977、0.947,5个维度的Cronbach’s系数范围为0.918~0.957,分半信度是0.917~0.939。提取相关因子,测得方差总计贡献率是85.614%。结论本调查问卷的信度与效度均优良,值得被推广到我国当下公立医院绩效考评配置现状满意率调查领域中,也可以其为基础,设计出更为合理的绩效考核方案,促进我国医疗事业改革进程。
Objective To test the reliability and validity of the Satisfaction Questionnaire on the Status of Performance Evaluation Implementation,in order to provide a reference for the improvement of the content of the questionnaire.Methods Using cluster sampling and stratified sampling to conduct survey and analysis on 600 medical staff in a public hospital,performance evaluation content includes the status of the implementation of the bonus evaluation plan,the rationality and fairness of the bonus evaluation,the impact on the work of the department after the evaluation,and The effectiveness of the bonus evaluation in the past year.Results The Cronbach’s coefficient and the half-reliability of the satisfaction questionnaire were 0.977 and 0.947,respectively.The five-dimensional Cronbach’s coefficient ranged from 0.918 to 0.957,and the half-reliability was 0.917 to 0.939.Relevant factors were extracted,and the total contribution rate of the measured variance was 85.614%.Conclusion The reliability and validity of this questionnaire are excellent,and it is worthy of being promoted to the field of satisfaction assessment of the current state of performance allocation of public hospitals in China.It can also be used as a basis to design a more reasonable performance evaluation scheme to promote China.The process of medical reform.
