摘要
分析了国内外终身职业能力培养理念与做法,以模具专业人才培养方案为切入点,介绍了校园引入企业文化、专业教学融入职业标准、就业导向、建立高职特色教学模式、推行工学结合、坚持顶岗实习、构建双师素质团队及科学合理评价机制等方面,分析了终身职业能力有效途径对指导模具专业建设、人才培养方案制定具有重要的参考价值。
This article analyzes the concept and practice of lifelong vocational ability development at home and abroad. Taking the mold professional training program as a starting point ,this article introduces the corporate culture led into campus ,professional standard melded by special teaching ,employment-oriented ,teaching mode established by vocational features ,carrying out the combination of learning with working ,persisting in the post practice ,constructing a qualified double-team ,scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanisms ,etc.This article also analyzes the effective way of lifelong professional ability which can guide the construction of the mold major ,and provide the important reference value for formulating the plan for training talents .
