摘要
我国高职教育占了高等教育的半壁江山,传统的人才培养模式已经不能适应当今社会对人才质量的需求,积极开展人才培养模式改革成为高职教育改革的主体。通过"CD IO"和"工学结合"模式的比较,认为需借鉴CD IO的理念与做法,制定适应我国国情的高职CD IO能力大纲和实施标准,将更有利于高职开展CD IO模式的改革。
The higher vocational education accounts for half of higher education in our country, but the traditional training model can not adapt to the needs of talent quality in today＇s society. To carry out the training mode reform has become the main topic of higher vocational education reform. By the comparison between CDIO and the combination of work and study, the paper concludes that we should learn the ideas and practice of CDIO to constitute CDIO ability outline and practise criterions that accord with our nation- al conditions, which is in favor of CDIO mode reform in higher vocational education. It will be more beneficial for the reform of higher vocational CDIO mode.
