摘要
工厂化育苗是三七产业化发展的必然选择,精密播种机是实现工厂化育苗的关键设备。基于当前广泛使用的气吸针式与气吸滚筒式精密播种机的排种器,分析种子在排种过程中的受力与运动状况,提炼出影响播种性能的相关参数的关系式,包括:①影响种子抛离状态的种盘振动频率、振幅和种盘安装倾角的关系;②吸种临界气流速度、携种临界气流速度与种子物理机械特性及种盘安装尺寸的关系;③排种器的运动速度与排种部件安装角度、排种高度、穴盘运动速度等的关系;研究结果为三七精密排种器的选型与改进设计提供理论依据和技术支撑。
Factory nursery is the inevitable choice for Notoginseng industrialization development. Precision planter is necessary equipment for factory nursery. The force and motion condition of seeder in the metering process are analyzed based on suction needle precision planter and suction roller precision planter which are widely used currently, and extracting some parameters which affect seeding performance and their relationship are got, including, the relation ①among vibration frequency, amplitude, and installation angle of seed plate; ②between critical air flow velocity of absorbing species and carry kinds and physical and mechanical properties of seeds and seed tray installation dimensions; ③between seeder velocity and seeding component installation angle, seeding height, and seed plate velocity. These research results provided theoretical support for the further selection and design of Notoginseng precision seeder.
