牧草精密排种构件及其监测系统的设计

摘要 我国草牧业发展迅速,但依旧存在牧草需求供应不足的问题。牧草机械化种植是提高牧草产量及品质的主要方式,其播种方式及器具对机械化种植效率的影响尤为重要。国内专用小粒径牧草种子的排种器种类极少,牧草种子大都利用小麦等粮食作物排种器具进行播种,适用性较差,造成了种子浪费及播量不均等问题。因此,研发牧草专用排种器及相关监测装置对提高牧草机械化种植效率具有十分重要的意义。 At present,China’s grass and animal husbandry industry is developing rapidly,but there is still a problem of insufficient supply of pasture demand.Mechanized planting of herbage is the main way to improve the yield and quality of herbage,and the impact of sowing methods and utensils on mechanized planting efficiency is particularly important.There are few types of seeding devices for small-sized forage seeds in China,and most of the forage seeds are sown by wheat and other food crop seeding devices.The applicability is poor,resulting in problems such as seed waste and uneven sowing.Therefore,the development of special seeding device for herbage and related monitoring devices is of great significance to improve the mechanized planting efficiency of herbage.
