摘要
本研究通过对2013年《财富》世界500强企业CEO职业背景数据分析,对人力资源总监的职业高原现象进行验证,并对该现象存在的原因做理论探索,提出了解释性的假设,以期为后续人力资源总监职业高原现象的应对研究打好基础。
A phenomenon that as advance of career position in the company, the promotion potential is lower, which is natural, however, according to researches, negatively influences the career planning, job satisfaction, job attitude, and job output. It is universally realized that, compared to other departments' directors, the possibility of HR director' s promotion to CEO is much lower. After analyzing the career experiences of CEOs of Fortune 500 companies in 2013, this research examines the career plateau of HR directors, analyzes the causes of this phenomenon, and gives the promotions to interpret it in order to get the basis of the consequences research on HR directors' career plateau.
