摘要
校企合作人才教育模式,是高职院校与企业在优势互补、互利共赢、共谋发展的原则指导下进行的多元化全方位合作,以培养适应和满足社会与企业需求的高素质技能型人才的教育模式。但由于诸多问题的存在,导致目前校企合作教育模式推进难度大,影响高职院校和企业的进一步深层次紧密合作,影响高职院校与企业的可持续发展。因此,加强高职院校校企合作人才教育模式及其运行机制建设,是推进紧密型校企合作教育发展,使高职教育更好地服务于我国经济和社会发展的必然选择。
Cooperative talents training mode between college and enterprise is a diversified and all-round coop- eration between them under the guidance of the principles of complementary advantages, mutual benefit and common development, aiming to cultivate high-quality and high-skill talents who can easily and quickly adapt to and meet the needs of society and enterprises. However, there are a few problems that lead to the difficulty in promoting the talents cultivation mode of college-enterprise cooperation, and strengthening deep and close cooperation and sustainable development between vocational colleges and enterprises. Therefore, it is an inevitable choice to reinforce the construction of talents training mode and mechanisms so as to promote close operation between college and enterprise, making higher vocational education serve China＇s economy and society better.
