摘要
本文结合我省边疆少数民族职业学校教师调查的实际情况 ,力求从职教教师继续教育的必要性、内容、方式等方面来探讨 ,旨在引起边疆少数民族职教教师对继续教育重要性有更深的认识和树立紧迫感 。
The author makes an thorough investigation of the bordery vocational teachers, and made a research on the necessity, content and method of continuing education in order to draw the attention of vocational teachers on the importance and urgency of continuing education.
