摘要
为帮助承包商面对多个投标机会进行投标选择,采用网络分析法(ANP)建立多层次的国际水利工程承包投标决策模型,分析了投标决策的主要影响指标,并将三角模糊数引入到模型的求解过程,增加了评估的准确性。以某施工企业选择A、B、C三个项目之一进行投标为例进行计算,结果表明改进的ANP模型为国际承包商投标决策提供了一种更准确的有效方法。
To assist the contractors faced with multiple biding opportunities to make a decision, a practical bidding decision method of international hydraulic engineering is established by using analytic network process (ANP). And then it analyzes the main impact indicators of bidding decision. At the same time, triangular fuzzy number is introduced to solve the model, which increases the accuracy of evaluation. Finally, taking a construction enterprise selecting one of three projects A, B and C to bid for an example, the results show that the improved ANP provides an more accurate and effective way for international contractors to make the bidding decision.
