摘要
对激光器工作物质中多横模空间重叠情况进行了定量分析,导出了吸收的泵浦功率在各阶横模上的分布公式。由此可发现高功率激光器腔内产生的高阶横模对输出光束质量影响很大,并提出了减小这种影响的办法。
Though the quantitative analysis on the space overlap of laser transverse modes in the active medium,theformula for distribution of laser pump power on variable harmonic transverse modes is obtained.It is found that highharmonic modes in the cavity have great effect on the output beam quality,and the way for reducing the influence ispresented.
