摘要
为了测量光泵浦激光晶体的热透镜焦距值,分析了基模高斯光束的特性,给出了在已知基模高斯光束三个以上不同位置处光斑尺寸时求解高斯光束特征参数的方法,并提出了存在测量误差时的数值处理方法。利用计算机模拟构造高斯光束并利用此高斯光束在不同位置处的光斑半径大小值与被测高斯光束光斑半径测量值相减的平方和作为误差函数的值,误差函数值最小的构造高斯光束就是被测高斯光束。实验测量了半导体泵浦的Nd:YAG激光棒的热效应,给出了632.8 nm红光的热透镜值与泵浦电流的关系。
For measuring the thermal lens focal length of laser crystal pumped by LD laser, the characteristics of Gaussian beam were analyzed, and parameters of Gaussian beam were solved with more than three different spots beam size. Numerical simulation using data with error were proposed. Gaussian beams, with different parameters, were constructed to match experimental data. Error function was expressed by sum squaring theory data of constructed Gaussian beam minus experimental data. The constructed Gaussian beam with minimal error is the one, measured in the experiment. Thermal lens effect of LD-pumped Nd:YAG laser crystal was measured, and the thermal focal length at 632.8 nm wavelength, vs different pumping electrical current, was acquired.
